Maintenance Contract Services

We will provide service on all makes and models.

Bay State Elevator Co. provides both Full Maintenance, and Examination & Lubrication maintenance plans.  

Full (Master Maintenance) Service contracts are designed to maximize the life of the elevator. Our contract formats explicitly detail the frequency of the regular service and all base contracts include the cost of annual state tests and the permits. This style of contract is specifically aimed at Office Buildings, Medical Care Facilities, Hotels and Apartments and Condominium facilities that want  a budgetable service without surprises.

Examination & Lubrication contracts are designed for very lightly used facilities, manufacturing facilities, and educational facilities where multiple elevator installations make the risk of repairs manageable for building owners.

Modernization

We provide a variety of modernizations packages for every elevator design from complete gearless modernizations to piecemeal hydraulic modernizations to Americans with disabilities updates. We also provide for cab upgrades via state of the art cab liner technologies. There is no cost to the owner for equipment survey and evaluations.

Small Repairs & Upgrades

We provide repair teams for repairs ranging from State Test List work to replacement of obsolete valves and single bottom cylinders to door protection upgrades, ADA phones and security and camera systems.

State Tests

We can provide for annual no load or Commonwealth of MA annual state tests.
